I can do a custom drawing for you. My commission drawings are done with artist quality coloured pencils on water colour paper. I can offer sizes A5 (148 × 210mm), A4 (210 × 297mm) and A3 (297 × 420mm)
Drawings are done by hand. Working with coloured pencils is a time consuming process so if you need it finished by a particular date, please get in touch first so I can give you a realistic time frame (keep in mind postage time is in addition to my drawing time).
My drawings focus on your bird (s). A branch or perch with your bird is included (if appropriate for composition/layout) but if you have anything more in mind, please get in touch first for a quote.
How it works?
I just need a reference photo to work from for your bird. The clearer the better as I can include more detail if I can see more. If there is more than one bird you want drawn, I can work from multiple photos to put a composition together for you. If you have any questions prior to purchase, l please reach out.
If the bird you would like drawn is not your own bird. Please make sure any photo reference you give me is copyright free. If you don’t have a reference photo you can contact me to see if I have something suitable to work from.
During the add to cart process you will be asked to fill in a form with your contact details. This is so you can email me your reference photos and we can communicate about what you have in mind. Before I start any drawing I will show you a “mock up” idea for the planned layout/composition. I don’t start drawing until the plan has first been approved by you.
Your drawing will arrive with a backing board protected in a clear sleeve until you are ready to frame it. This will be carefully packed and sent to you insured with a tracking number.
