A gift/note/greeting card featuring an original illustration of budgies.
Budgies are native to Australia but different colour variations are also popular pets all over the world. This is a drawing I did of a my own pet budgie, Louie. Louie is blue but I have drawn him also in green and yellow the same as the wild budgies. My idea with this drawing was to have the blue budgie standing proud to be an individual, celebrating his differences but still being part of the group. It's about celebrating your individuality.
As an Australian bird, this a great option for sending overseas but also for any lover of Australian birds and animals or pet budgies.
My original drawing was done in coloured pencil.
Reproduced here on an A6 size card (folded size = 105 x 148mm) made of 350gsm smooth finish 100% post consumer recycled paper. Designed and printed in Australia.
